Medical Office Assistant
Ashleigh Lynn aids the clinicians by performing administrative duties and handling basic clinical tasks. She works in the office helping to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. She is responsible for medical records and answering phones.
She plans the office schedule, greets patients and clients, files records and correspondence, and types letters and bills. She keeps medical records up – to – date and handles insurance forms. She helps to keep the office HIPAA compliant.

Social Work Interns
Social Work Interns are provided with a clinical internship, which is based in providing outpatient individual, family, and / or group counseling to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Interns participate in assigned clinical supervision and complete regular process recordings to facilitate clinical learning. They participate in staff meetings, case conferences, and other staff functions as part of their training.
Interns maintain confidential patient / client files and records, comply with the NASW Code of Ethics, comply with federal, state, and local laws, policies, and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned. All team–specific duties performed by Interns are under the direct supervision of Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW).

Employee Assistance Professional Interns
Employee Assistance Professional (EAP) Interns are provided with a
clinical internship,
which is based in providing workplace and life balance services to employees, families, and organizations. Interns
participate in assigned clinical supervision and complete regular process
recordings to facilitate clinical learning. They participate in
staff meetings, case conferences, and other staff functions as
part of their training.
Interns maintain confidential patient /
client files and records, comply with the EAPA Code of Ethics,
comply with federal, state, and local
laws, policies, and procedures, and
perform other duties as assigned. All team–specific duties
performed by Interns are under the direct supervision of Certified Employee Assistance Professionals (CEAP).

Addiction Counselor Interns
Addiction Counselor Interns (LAC, CAC, RAC) are provided with a
clinical internship,
which is based in providing outpatient individual, family,
and / or group counseling to clients with substance abuse and addiction issues. Interns
participate in assigned clinical supervision and complete regular process
recordings to facilitate clinical learning. They participate in
staff meetings, case conferences, and other staff functions as
part of their training.
Interns maintain confidential patient /
client files and records, comply with the ADRA and LASACT Code of Ethics,
comply with federal, state, and local
laws, policies, and procedures, and
perform other duties as assigned. All team–specific duties
performed by interns are under the direct supervision of Licensed Addictions Counselors (LAC).

Prevention Professional Interns
Prevention Professional Interns (LPP, CPP, RPP) are provided with an educational internship,
which is based in providing information and services to individuals, families,
and / or groups with prevention needs. Interns participate in assigned supervision and complete regular process recordings to facilitate educational learning. They participate in staff meetings, case
conferences, and other staff functions as part of their training.

client files and records, comply with the ADRA and LASACT Code of Ethics,
comply with federal, state, and local
laws, policies, and procedures, and
perform other duties as assigned. All team–specific duties
performed by Interns are under the direct supervision of Licensed Prevention Professionals (LPP).
