Faron McGraw, CEMS -  Associate Partner

Faron McGraw is a Certified CEMS Coach through an elite training program with the United States Coast Guard and holds an Unrestricted First Class Pilot's License.  As a Certified CEMS Coach,  he specializes in Crew Endurance Management Systems.  Crew Endurance is the ability to maintain performance within safety limits while enduring job-related physiological,  psychological,  and environmental challenges.  CEMS is a system for managing the risk factors that can lead to human error and performance degradation in work environments.  Faron speaks two languages,  English and Cajun French.

Sara Lyon  is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor.  She received her Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and Counseling Education from the University of Colorado at Denver.  Sara has experience working in a psychotherapeutic setting with adults, children, adolescents, families, couples, and groups.  She also worked with the Denver Department of Human Services and non - profit agencies for the last five years in Child Protection Services and parenting education.

Stacy Diliberto, MSW - Associate Member

Stacy Diliberto received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Southeastern Louisiana University.  She received her Masters of Social Work degree from Southern University at New Orleans.  Stacy has experience working in a hospital setting with children, adolescents, adults, the elderly, and families.  She also worked at the Parenting Center,  a non - profit agency of St. Tammany Parish Hospital,  where she was involved in grant writing,  parenting education,  and community outreach.

Brenda Thompson - Executive Administrator

Brenda Thompson is our Executive Administrator.  She is also our Behavioral Health Insurance Billing Specialist. She assists our clients with obtaining pre - authorization from their insurance companies and verifies their benefits / coverage.  She follows up by processing the client and insurance billing transactions,  tracking payments,  producing statements, submitting claims, tracking managed care authorizations, and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Interns

Interns work on educational programs that address the needs of children and families.  They help to research and develop materials such as fact sheets,  brochures,  website copy,  reports and kits,  and participate in other activities as necessary.  Internship positions are ideal for individuals seeking experience within the field of mental health.
